Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us at info@28tales.com within 48 hours of delivery. Attach a photo of the damage, and we will review and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or is not picked up on time, any additional costs such as return shipping or re-shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
