Jamdani
Handwoven by artisans in a small village in West Bengal
Jamdani is >1500-year-old weaving craft from Bengal, where patterns are hand-woven into the fabric on the loom.
The craft of Jamdani nearly vanished under British colonial rule. We work with village weavers in West Bengal, India to revive this heritage fabric with our clothing.
